As an Associate Broker and founder of RM Home Collective, I help clients navigate real estate with clarity, confidence, and care. Before stepping into real estate, I spent 14 years in leadership, technical support, project management, and process improvement building systems, solving complex problems, and helping people move forward with confidence. Today, I bring that same organized, solution-focused approach to every client experience.
My goal is simple: make the process feel less overwhelming and more intentional. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a place full of memories, investing, or preparing for your next chapter, I focus on education, communication, and creating a clear plan from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom of three boys, and a proud Albuquerque local. You’ll usually find me cheering from the sidelines at my kids’ sporting events, spending time with family, or connecting with the community I’m grateful to call home.
